If you’ve ever played scrabble you’ve probably found yourself in a position where you didn’t have good letters to play with. You have no vowels and a bad group of consonants. You may be making little words and can barely move. Then all of the sudden something happens and you’re back in the game. You have good places to put your letters and good letters to play.
Life can be that way. Sometimes everything can be going great and then it changes. Sometimes you just feel scrabbled. You can’t seem to move and you don’t know what to do. This doesn’t mean that God is mad at you. Sometimes it’s just life. As Solomon said good things and bad things happen to us all (Ecclesiastes 9:11 Easy English).
Keep praying and hold on because things will change. Don’t throw in the towel, but press on even if it’s hard.
Galatians 6:9 WEB Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up.
2 Chronicles 15:7 ISV Now as for you, be strong and never be discouraged, because there will be reward for your work.”
